Director of Sales -Daralin Dotts has been in the party planning business with James Productions for the last 24 years. What keeps her going is her great clients... it's true. It's like working with friends forever and each year learning something new in a fast changing industry. She recently got married and enjoyed her honeymoon adventure in Patonia, Chili fly fishing with her husband. In the "off season" she enjoys skiing (sometimes even from helicopters), joining friends(they say you have to wear a helmet and sign a waiver) on her adventure weekends and going to cooking classes with mom.

Donna Steele has been in the picnic and event planning business for 17 years and started working with James Event Productions in 1994. She started out managing our office in Anaheim and then soon joined our sales team to help our customers create memorable events. Having learned the many different aspects of our business means that Donna is full of information that is helpful in answering all of her clients' questions. Her never ending energy rubs off on all those she meets. In her spare time you might find Donna spending time with her family, skiing with her boys, building houses for the homeless and volunteering her time for those less fortunate.

Jason Thibert has worked for James Events since he was 15 years old when his mother (a client) dropped him off at our door step. Lucky for us from the start he was a natural when it came to producing special events. He quickly became an event coordinator and worked full/part time while finishing school. He has good operational understanding of special events and now with help from Daralin has moved into sales. Since moving into sales his forte seems to be "helping people identify and get what they want". Jason is very serious about producing special events. He works long hours, he's conscientious, and asks great questions. When he's not producing special events he is still very serious. His favorite movie is Casablanca, ask him why.
